As a standard practice, the King Chamber of Commerce does not issue refunds for donations made to our organization. Membership to the King Chamber of Commerce is greatly appreciated and should be considered before submitting payment. Once payment has been submitted, your membership will remain active through the calendar year. If you register through our website for an annual subscription and wish to cancel your membership, please contact us prior to January 1 of the upcoming year so we can remove your automatic renewal.
Sponsorships of special events are also non-refundable. Please make sure you are able to attend the event or have someone from your organization present to optimize the impact of your sponsorship. Our events depend on sponsors and that is why refunds cannot be issued. If for some unexpected reason an event is cancelled, your account may be credited for sponsorship at an upcoming event.
Occassionally, we may sell products or services through the website. Please note that these are also not refundable. If there is some defective in the product you purchase, please let us know ASAP and a credit may be issued.
